At the presence of any important formal ceremony, the village chiefs wil be present. On the left are important people like doctors, ministry advisors etc, and on the right are the set of village cheifs for the region. They are decked out in traditional clothing, and all wear these crazy crowns. I think that the crown are mostly cardboard covered in felt, with blocks of styrofoam or wood spraypainted gold or silver pasted on (often crooked). The village chiefs are the most influential people in their community.
