There were a number of these little fountains to be found as we travelled up the mountain. I'm guessing that there was a basin at the top of the mountain that collectected run off water, then piped it down the mounting to one of these fountain locations where it would have enough pressure to just keep on flowing out of these pipes and on to the next fountain location down the mountain.
