This is me, Christine & Amedjie eating FouFou. FouFou is the traditional food of the region.

FouFou is basically mashed Yams, eaten with your hands and dipped in some kind of sauce.

The amount of work required to prepare is ridiculous. You have this long, heavy pole and basically have to jump up and down with it for like, 20 minutes to make this stuff. A change of clothing afterwards is necessary. Some day i'll put up a video of FouFou being made.
